Not all feedback comes from your watch.

Long runs have a way of testing trust.

Not just in your fitness.
In your judgment.
In whether your body is actually telling you the truth.

Every endurance athlete knows the moment. You’re far enough from home that decisions matter. You feel something. You check your watch. Heart rate looks fine. Pace is steady. Data says everything is under control.

Your body. Not so sure.

Sometimes that internal debate is about pace. Or fatigue. Or whether you should shut it down early.
Sometimes it’s… more internal than that.

Either way, the question is the same.

Which do you trust less. Your body or your data?

There’s no right answer here. Just answer honestly and tell me what tipped the scale for you.
