At Mad Anthony Multisport, I believe endurance training is about more than just crossing the finish line. It’s about building strength, confidence, resilience, and long-term health.

I provide personalized triathlon coaching and endurance training for athletes virtually across the country. Whether you’re training for your first sprint triathlon, preparing for a half Iron-distance race, or working toward a competitive race season, my coaching is designed to help you train smarter and perform at your best.

Meet Coach Tony

I’ve been an athlete my entire life, but triathlon was always the goal. I started competing in endurance sports around 2009 and eventually made the leap to long-course triathlon and quickly discovered that racing with Type 2 diabetes is a whole different challenge.

I was diagnosed in 1999, and when I started pushing into longer distances, I had to figure out a lot on my own. The information online is scattered, incomplete, and rarely written by someone who has actually stood on a start line with a CGM on their arm. That gap is exactly why I started coaching.

I earned my IRONMAN U and ESCI certifications in December 2024 and launched Mad Anthony Multisport to give athletes, diabetic or not, the structured, personalized coaching I wished I’d had.
